In September 2020, another aparthotel expanded our portfolio of managed property developments in Warszawa. The development is located in Warszawa's Wola district, one of the most dynamically developing parts of the city, just 4 km from the strict city centre, 2.5 km from the business centre, 1.6 km from the Blue City shopping centre, and 2.6 km from the Warsaw Uprising Museum, near the CityBreak Wolska apartments. Thanks to its dynamic character, Wola has become a popular location for both business and leisure travellers.
The aparthotel is part of the CityBreak network, which brings together properties in convenient locations, in city centres and with strong transport links to other districts. Apartments in the CityBreak network are defined by comfortable finishes and amenities designed to meet Guests' expectations.
We understand how important it is to tailor services to the needs and expectations of our Guests. We continuously monitor market behaviour and adapt to changing values. Aware that the largest group of business travellers is Generation Y (born between 1984 and 1996), we created City Break Wolska in line with the Bleisure concept, which is particularly valued by Guests from the above-mentioned generation. Bleisure combines a business stay with leisure, sightseeing and experiencing a new place. Thanks to its convenient location and the services available within the development (restaurants, bars, shops and beauty services), City Break Wolska is especially appreciated by all travellers.
Over 90% of people from Generation Y purchase services online using mobile devices. Recognising the importance of a responsive website and a simple, intuitive booking system, we chose Profitroom as our strategic partner.
Accommodation services at our aparthotel are used not only by Millennials, but also by representatives of Generations X and Z. We understand the needs and expectations of each group, which is why we carry out our marketing and image-building activities in line with our omnichannel strategy, using behavioural criteria, allowing us to unify our marketing activities.
We have prepared three apartment categories for our Guests:
– Classic – micro-apartments of 15 sqm, equipped with two single beds or one large double bed, an ergonomic workspace and a bathroom
– Classic + – apartments of approximately 20 sqm, equipped with two single beds or one large double bed, an ergonomic workspace and a kitchenette
– Comfort – apartments of approximately 30 sqm, equipped with two single beds or one large double bed, an ergonomic workspace and a kitchenette
We understand our Guests' needs. Despite differences in size and equipment, every apartment, in line with our standards, includes a coffee/tea set and a refrigerator, while every bathroom has a hair dryer, and Guests have access to wired or wireless internet.
To ensure the highest service standard, we prepared a reception desk located directly within the development. The reception desk is available to Guests, while our professional, hospitable team provides assistance and takes care of the comfort of every visitor.
Cleanliness is a marker of quality for us. For Guests staying with us for a longer period of time, we offer stay-over cleaning carried out by our housekeeping department.
An additional advantage of the development is secure underground parking for aparthotel Guests.
We stay up to date with Guests' changing needs, adapting effectively to market shifts and current conditions. To support stable returns for owners and investment security, we offer apartment rental in both short-term and long-term systems – Longstay. We establish cooperation with corporations and companies, offering corporate rates and building a base of satisfied Guests.
