Open House at Plac Wolności 6 in Poznań

In the second week of December, we had the opportunity to take part in the open days of a new property development in Poznań, belonging to the City Break network. Together with advisors from the sales office and interior architects, we met with potential investors to present the show units. The event also included valuable conversations, allowing us to answer all key questions. INA representatives also introduced the cooperation strategy, values and marketing strategies which, together, enable us to maintain consistent guest satisfaction across Poland. The main idea of the event was to show the concept behind investing in mini-apartments and the stable income such an investment may generate. 

Plac Wolności 6 consists of mini investment units. Despite their compact floor area, the apartments will be equipped with kitchenettes. Some apartments will also include balconies. The carefully planned interior arrangement will perfectly meet the needs of residents in both long-term rental and short-term rental. Shared areas will offer a range of amenities, including a self-service laundry, workspace and reception desk. In the immediate vicinity of the development, there are service and retail units as well as educational institutions.
