With the beginning of November, we launched the first professional reception desk in a business property – Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT). Qualified and representative staff handle the daily service of tenants, while the scope of services has been expanded to include concierge services and more.

Our priority is to build the best possible relationships between the reception desk, concierge and tenants.
We offer concierge services handled from the reception desk for both tenants and their guests. We provide a dedicated website / application that allows each service to be ordered online from a selected category. Each tenant receives an individual customer card with an assigned INA Reception number, entitling them to discounts with partners and special offers such as: pools / spa / yachts/ concerts / luxury products and services.
For tenants’ guests, an additional INA Reception customer card can be assigned upon request.
