Modern Tower Open Days

Another event related to the sale and management of an aparthotel investment is behind us.

On 16-17 October, we were present at the Open Days of the newly developed Modern Tower investment in Gdynia, built by the developer ATAL.

Thanks to establishing cooperation at an early stage of the investment and building long-term relationships based on trust and a professional approach to managing aparthotel properties, we were already present at the developer's third open days. We have also taken part in the Open Days of the Baltica Towers investment in Gdańsk and the Open Days of the Krakowska 37 investment in Wrocław.

What distinguishes the event organized by the developer is the opportunity to view a primary-market property before making a purchase. Future clients were able to see investment apartments finished in several interior arrangements, as well as apartments already fully prepared (furnished) for rental.

During the event, we had the opportunity to meet future buyers, present our rental strategy and profitability analysis, and discuss the terms of cooperation. The meetings allowed us to discuss apartment security (where our daily presence in the investment is a clear advantage) and the marketing strategies we implement in new investments under our care. The presence of a proven operator is undoubtedly an advantage for a buyer who wants to generate rental income while avoiding direct involvement in apartment operations. Due to the nature of the cooperation, in the Modern Tower property, as in the Baltica Towers and Krakowska 37 investments, we will manage rental operations from the reception desk.

Direct guest service from the reception desk is one of the many standards we introduce into the life of an investment. We offer guests hotel-level standards, while our distinguishing feature is much larger, fully equipped guest spaces, such as a separate bedroom or kitchenette, which are an advantage over standard hotel rooms.

Modern Tower will be part of the Symphony network. Symphony is a network of distinctive aparthotels with numerous amenities and excellent locations.
