City Break and Symphony are aparthotel networks, similar to My Rest, which Merwede Residence will join. The network will bring together the most prestigious aparthotels located in popular tourist destinations. It will stand out through locations directly by the seashore and exclusive interiors of the units.

Thanks to the experience we have gained over 9 years in the market, we support the developer from the earliest phases of the project, so that it is adapted as closely as possible to the comfort and needs of future guests. 

Merwede Residence, located directly on the seafront in Gdańsk Brzeźno, will be a unique opportunity for investors.
