Thanks to our development strategy, which includes establishing cooperation at an early stage of aparthotel project delivery, we were pleased to begin cooperation with the developer Inwestycje Wielkopolski. The developer has many years of experience in the real estate sector. It has already completed ten projects in Poznań, with two further property developments currently under way, including Plac Wolności 6.

Plac Wolności 6 is a property development being built in the heart of Poznań, designed with respect for the historic character of the old town. This 7-storey development offers mini apartments and service units.

On 06.10.2021, the developer organised a meeting for sales partners. The purpose of the meeting was to present the newly developed project Plac Wolności 6 in Poznań. The topics covered included not only the sale of micro-apartments themselves, but also settlements related to purchasing real estate for investment purposes and an analysis of rental prices on the Poznań market. The subjects discussed were intended to prepare sales teams to maximise property sales and provide verified answers to the most frequent investor questions. The meeting took place at the iconic Muza cinema; the intimate venue gathered several dozen sales representatives from across Poland, and the presentations were also streamed online.

Thanks to our cooperation with the developer, we were also present in Poznań, where we presented information about INA and our aparthotel management systems as the property operator. During the presentation, we discussed a range of benefits available to investors who decide to cooperate with us. We spoke not only about a well-considered property management strategy, but also about the advantages of ongoing guest and owner service from the reception desk level and a transparent settlement system. During the meeting, we described the activities we undertake to implement hotel standards within the aparthotel structure. The property will belong to the City Break.
